Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Hiring Leadership: Own and execute end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate functions, ensuring direct alignment with business workforce plans and growth targets.
- CXO & Senior Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic TA business partner to CXOs and business leaders to understand talent demand, calibrate job requisitions, and drive targeted hiring strategies.
- TA Governance & Policy Optimization: Establish and refine TA policies, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and recruitment SLAs to ensure operational rigor and process governance.
- Data-Driven Sourcing & Analytics: Leverage recruitment dashboards and funnel metrics to track time-to-fill, offer conversion, and source effectivenesstranslating data into actionable hiring insights.
- ATS & Tech Management: Oversee Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene, data accuracy, reporting automation, and process efficiency across the talent lifecycle.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of recruiters to ensure consistent delivery, candidate engagement,



and high service standards.
- Employer Branding & Process Excellence: Drive initiatives to elevate candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, and streamline vendor management.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with proven leadership in corporate hiring (preferably within Financial Services, Fintech, NBFC, or Consumer Lending).
- Team Management: Demonstrated track record of managing, mentoring, and scaling recruitment teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, executive presence, and influencing skills with a history of partnering directly with CXOs and VPs.
- Technical & Analytical Expertise: Hands-on mastery of ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, talent analytics, and governance frameworks.
- Strategic Execution: Robust background in policy formulation, process re-engineering, and strategic sourcing.
