Business Development Manager Switchgear & Distribution Transformer Sales Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–12 Years
Qualification: Any Degree Job Summary looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive sales and business growth for Switchgear, Distribution Transformers, and other Electrical Products. The candidate should possess robust B2B sales experience, preferably dealing with EPC Contractors, Government Utilities, Consultants, OEMs, and Industrial Customers. Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities across Gujarat and assigned territories.
- Promote and sell Distribution Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, and other Electrical Products.
- Build long-term relationships with EPC Contractors, Electrical Consultants, Government Utilities, DISCOMs, and Industrial Customers.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate business through tender participation and direct customer engagement.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.




- Coordinate with internal engineering, application, and project teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM updates and sales forecasts.
