Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth for assigned jewellery categories.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Define category roadmap, product mix, and expansion plans.
- Curate and optimize online assortment across gold, diamond, platinum, gemstone, and fashion jewellery categories.
- Ensure the right product mix based on customer demand and seasonal trends.
- Manage product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation.
- Coordinate with buying and merchandising teams for recent launches and exclusive collections.
- Own category performance across website, mobile app, marketplaces, and omni-channel touchpoints.
- Collaborate with retail stores to ensure seamless omnichannel experience including Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, and Store Fulfilment.
- Drive online merchandising, product visibility, and conversion optimization.
- Ensure inventory availability across channels.




- Define pricing strategies while maintaining profitability.
- Plan promotional calendars, festive campaigns, and category-specific offers.
- Analyze promotion effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory turnover.
- Work closely with planning and supply chain teams to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Forecast category demand and ensure inventory availability during peak seasons.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Retail Operations, Product, Technology, and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage relationships with jewellery vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive joint business planning initiatives.
- Improve customer journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and category performance metrics.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
