Role & responsibilities

Sun Corp is looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities at our Bhandup West facility. Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing inbound and outbound stock movement, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintaining real-time inventory records and conducting regular stock reconciliation/cycle counts
- Coordinating with logistics and courier partners for timely shipments and returns
- Managing warehouse layout, space utilization, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices
- Supervising warehouse staff/helpers and ensuring adherence to safety and handling protocols
- Preparing daily/weekly MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and stock discrepancies
- Handling packaging, labeling, and quality checks before dispatch
- Coordinating with the purchase/sales team on stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Ensuring compliance with documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans)

Preferred candidate profile





- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics
- Strong working knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Prior experience in FMCG, fragrance/beauty, import-export, or e-commerce warehousing preferred
- Good coordination and team-handling skills
- Should be based in or comfortable commuting to Bhandup West, Mumbai
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving skills
- Graduate in any discipline; diploma/certification in supply chain or logistics is a plus
