Industry: - Motors, Drives, HT, LT Cables, Switchgear, Solar DC Cables & Indu. Electrical Solutions.

Key Skills:-

- Positive negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of industrial cables & wires.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
- Prepare and send quotations, offers and sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, orders and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
- Process customer purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores,



Accounts and Dispatch teams for order execution.
- Check product availability, quantity, specifications and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, delivery & payments.
- Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation and order records in Excel/ERP.
