HR Executive / HR Generalist Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and maintaining personnel records.
- Manage attendance and time management, including daily attendance, shifts, late marks, overtime, leave records, and working-hour tracking.
- Maintain and update HRMS/HR databases, employee master data, attendance records, payroll inputs, and other HR documentation.
- Manage leave and attendance policies, resolve employee attendance/payroll queries, and ensure accurate monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including joining formalities, documentation, induction, clearance, and exit processes.
- Support recruitment and manpower planning, including job posting, candidate screening,
interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee relations and HR queries, ensuring timely resolution of workplace, attendance, leave, and payroll-related concerns.
- Prepare HR MIS and monthly reports covering headcount, attendance, attrition, leave, payroll, overtime, and other HR metrics.
- Coordinate with finance and management for payroll validation, salary processing, employee reimbursements, and HR-related financial matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
