Role & responsibilities:

- Market IT consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Source requirements through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Coordinate with consultants on skills, availability, rates, and interviews.
- Match profiles with requirements, negotiate rates, and follow up until placement.
- Maintain daily records of calls, submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Build vendor relationships and meet assigned targets.

Required Skills:

- Must work onsite during U.S. Central Time hours.
- Solid English communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
- Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, visa types, and vendor chains is preferred.
- Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn may apply.
