Role & responsibilities

To manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for the Kurukshetra project, ensuring activities are executed as per approved timelines and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the overall project schedule, detailed work programmes, and activity-wise timelines.
- Develop and update baseline and revised schedules based on project requirements.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress of construction activities and highlight deviations.
- Track critical activities, project milestones, dependencies, and potential delays.
- Coordinate closely with Project, Construction, Design, Contracts, Procurement, Billing, and other functions for timely execution.
- Collect and validate progress data from site teams and update the project schedule regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, dashboards, and management updates.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify activities impacting project completion timelines.
- Prepare look-ahead plans and follow up with concerned stakeholders for timely closure of planned activities.




- Identify reasons for schedule slippages and prepare recovery/catch-up plans in coordination with the project team.
- Monitor contractor/sub-contractor progress against agreed schedules and commitments.
- Track material, manpower, equipment, approvals, drawings, and other dependencies impacting project progress.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related updates and actionable inputs.
- Maintain proper records of schedule revisions, progress updates, delays, and project milestones.
- Proactively highlight schedule risks, constraints, and bottlenecks to the Project Head.
- Support the project team in achieving key construction milestones and overall project completion targets.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 7-14 years of relevant experience in planning/project controls, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
- Experience in handling end-to-end planning for residential/commercial development projects will be preferred.
