Role & responsibilities
- Cost Analysis & Optimisation: Track OPEX across cost centres, branches, products and channels; identify cost-saving opportunities across staff, technology, infrastructure and vendor costs.
- Revenue & Leakage Management: Monitor NII, NIM, fees, commissions and other revenue streams; identify revenue leakages and drive recovery/corrective actions.
- Profitability & Productivity: Analyse product/branch profitability, cost allocation, FTP, productivity and Cost-to-Income ratio to support business decisions.
- MIS & Stakeholder Management: Prepare management dashboards and coordinate with Business, Operations, HR, Technology, Risk and Finance teams for action closure.
