Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Lab Technician (Consultant) to provide hands-on technical and operational support to the Research & Development team. The role involves assisting with product formulation trials, laboratory operations, raw material management, equipment handling, sample preparation, and GMP compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in R&D; laboratories, food or nutritional supplements, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical product development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support R&D; product development for nutraceuticals, food, pharma, and cosmetics.
- Handle formulation trials involving powders, granules, tablets, capsules, and cosmetic products.




- Perform weighing, dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
- Operate and maintain laboratory and pilot-scale equipment.
- Manage raw materials, finished goods, solvents, and inventory records.
- Support sensory evaluation, sample coding, packing, labeling, and shipment.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping, GMP compliance, and equipment documentation.
- Maintain laboratory logs, cleaning records, and environmental monitoring records.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in R&D; laboratories, GMP manufacturing, or product development.
- Knowledge of raw material handling, formulation support, and laboratory equipment.
- Understanding of GMP, documentation, and laboratory safety.
- Robust teamwork, coordination, and attention to detail.
