Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations for our travel and tourism business.
The role will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding through employee engagement, documentation and exit formalities. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring that HR processes are effective, professional, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate compensation and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics including open positions, time-to-hire, and hiring status.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

General HR Operations

- Organise employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale, communication, and retention.
- Manage resignations, notice periods, handovers, clearances, and full-and-final documentation.
- Maintain employee databases, recruitment trackers, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
