Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and execute production plans/schedules to meet customer delivery commitments and optimize manufacturing capacity.
- Ensure material availability through coordination with Procurement and Stores, while controlling inventory levels.
- Review customer forecasts and convert demand into executable production plans.
- Monitor production performance against plan, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Generate PPC reports, track KPIs, and maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and Procurement teams to support smooth operations and NPI activities.
- Participate in demand planning and S&OP; reviews to improve planning effectiveness and delivery performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in any stream (Full Time). Others please don't apply.
- 5-9 years of PPC experience in EMS/Electronics Manufacturing/Automotive/Any Manufacturing Industry.
- Robust knowledge of MRP, ERP, production planning, and inventory management.
