MOM: Lead Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

The requirement is for a Lead Technical Program Manager within the AI & DPE Technical Program Management organization. The selected candidate will partner with Engineering, Product, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives related to Agile Release Trains, enterprise release management, infrastructure modernization, and program governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute complex technical programs across multiple teams.
- Ensure alignment with business priorities, delivery milestones, and organizational objectives.
- Strengthen PMO operations and improve release predictability.
- Drive cross-functional program execution.
- Support infrastructure and platform transformation initiatives.
- Manage dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, mitigation plans, and program governance.




- Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Additional Requirements

- Strong technical program management background.
- Experience with Agile and Secure methodologies.
- Enterprise release and risk management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
