Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Positive English communication skills are essential for this role.
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment preferred but not mandatory.
