Key Responsibilities

* Manage paint shop technical and engineering activities.

* Strong knowledge of **CED/ED coating and top-coat/spray painting**.

* Plan and effectively utilize manpower, materials and other resources.

* Drive **productivity improvement and continuous improvement projects**.

* Control **rework, rejection and overhead costs**.

* Identify paint defects and implement corrective actions.

* Monitor paint shop process efficiency, quality and productivity.

* Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills

* Hands-on field experience in **ED coating and spray painting**.

* Strong paint shop technical knowledge.

* Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Experience in resource planning and cost control.

* Proactive approach towards productivity and quality improvement.
