We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern who is enthusiastic about recruitment and talent acquisition. The intern will assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate data in recruitment trackers

Assist in offer rollouts and joining formalities

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support employer branding and job postings on portals/social media

Eligibility Criteria:





Any Graduate, MBA / PGDM / Graduate (HR specialization preferred)

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is a plus

Good MS Excel and email communication skills

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
