Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process (Bengali)

Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for a Bengali Customer Support Voice Process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in Bengali and be comfortable handling customer queries over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)
- Fluent in Bengali (Mandatory)
- Basic communication skills in English/Hindi
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good customer handling skills

Salary & Advantages:

- In-Hand Salary: 15,500 - 18,500 per month
- Performance-based incentives (if applicable)

Work Schedule:

- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off
