ROLE OVERVIEW & EXPECTED DELIVERABLES
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a large Asset Management Firm in Fund
Management Public and Investment Operations who can help us to:

Ensure High Availability: Ensure stability and uptime of applications.
Compliance & Security: Drive and maintain compliance of applications.
Automation & Eciency: Automate manual and repetitive tasks.
Incident Management & Production Support: Provide L1/L2 support for production
applications, including triage, troubleshooting, resolution, escalation and post-incident follow-up.
This is a hands-on role that combines cloud infrastructure engineering with day-to-day production
support and incident response.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
¢ Extensive experience with Secrets Management, Vulnerability Patching, Certicate Lifecycle,
Software/Application upgrades, and Tech Resiliency.
¢ Extensive experience addressing risk control metrics such as password rotations, obsolescence,
and User Access Management (UAM).
¢ Hands-on experience providing L1/L2 production support, including on-call rotations: ticket
triage, rst-line troubleshooting and xes, and escalation to L3/vendor teams.
¢ Proven experience in incident management:



handling P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis (RCA),
post-incident reviews, and working to SLAs.
¢ Robust background in automating manual processes.
¢ Experience working in monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana,
CloudWatch).
¢ Building, deploying, managing and maintaining AWS components using CloudFormation (e.g.,
EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB).

¢ Experience with AWS cost optimisation.
¢ Strong understanding of Secure by Design principles.
¢ GitOps and CI/CD experience (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, ArgoCD).
¢ Experience performing cleanup and decommissioning activities.
DELIVERY APPROACH & WAYS OF WORKING
¢ Able to come to the Gurugram oce 3 days a week.
¢ Flexibility of working hours where needed.
¢ Experience working within an Agile delivery framework.
¢ Use of JIRA and Conuence for task management and documentation.

¢ Relevant working experience in Finance.
