Key Responsibilities

Act as L3 escalation point for critical M365 incidents impacting business users across stores, supply chain, and corporate environments.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting & RCA for:
- Exchange Online (mail flow, spam filtering, transport rules)
- Microsoft Teams (collaboration, voice, meeting services)
- SharePoint / OneDrive (access, sync, data sharing)

- Support large-scale enterprise tenant (~high user volume) with strong uptime and SLA adherence.(Aligned to enterprise usage patterns seen in internal profiles)
- Manage hybrid identity and messaging environments (Azure AD / Entra ID, AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid).
- Implement and enforce security & compliance controls:

- MFA, Conditional Access
- Microsoft Defender, DLP, Information Protection
- Email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

- Monitor M365 service health, Message Center updates, and proactive issue resolution.
- Handle incident, problem,



and change management via ITSM tools (ServiceNow), ensuring SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with Microsoft support (L4) and other infra teams for major incidents and platform issues.
- Automate admin activities using PowerShell scripting for efficiency and standardization.
- Support audit readiness, compliance reporting, and security investigations.
- Participate in on-call/24x7 support model for production-critical retail operations.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

- Deep expertise in:
- Exchange Online (mail flow, transport rules, security)
- Microsoft Teams (Admin + Voice/Collab features)
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive
- Azure AD / Entra ID (Identity, MFA, Conditional Access)

- Robust experience in:

- Hybrid M365 environments (AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid)
- Microsoft Defender & Security/Compliance Center
- Intune / Endpoint Management

- Hands-on PowerShell scripting & automation
- Experience in enterprise monitoring & ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
