About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our villa project. You will take ownership of daily property operations, supervise the on-site team, resolve guest concerns, and ensure every villa is ready to welcome guests.

This role suits someone who enjoys being on the ground, leading a team, and solving problems independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across the villas
- Supervise front office staff, housekeeping supervisors, and attendants; manage duty rosters, attendance, and training.
- Conduct daily team briefings covering guest concerns, and pending tasks.
- Track maintenance issues and coordinate with external technicians and vendors to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain adequate stocks of linen, toiletries,



cleaning materials, and other essentials.
- Manage local purchasing, vendor coordination, and supply planning to avoid shortages at the property.
- Monitor operating expenses, verify bills, and maintain records within approved budgets..
- Share daily operational updates and periodic reports with the founders.
- Track guest feedback and implement improvements to service and property upkeep.
- Requirements

- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in hotel, resort, villa, or serviced-apartment operations, including team supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple villas and competing priorities independently.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada or other local languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic booking or property-management tools.
- Willingness to work on-site at a property
- A hospitality qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
