Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for sales roles sourcing, screening, and closing candidates at volume
- Manage high-velocity hiring pipelines to counter high attrition and continuous manpower demand
- Source through job portals, referrals, vendor partners, and social platforms
- Conduct telephonic/video screening to assess communication, sales aptitude, and regional language fluency (Tamil)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive quick closures (TAT-focused)
- Maintain and update trackers/dashboards for pipeline visibility and hiring status
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for repeat/bulk hiring needs
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding coordination

Key Skills:

- Bulk/volume sales hiring experience
- Exposure to BPO, ed-tech, or high-attrition industry hiring
- Strong sourcing & stakeholder management
- Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Comfortable with rapid TATs and high-pressure targets
