We are Hiring for Project Head - EPC & High-Rise Buildings

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Head with a robust background in EPC projects and High-Rise Building Construction. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the complete project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, quality compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, and control.
- Drive coordination among Design, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, QA/QC, Safety, and Project Controls teams.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
- Review project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor EPC contractors, consultants,



and external stakeholders for project performance.
- Ensure effective resource utilization and achievement of project milestones.
- Provide leadership for project teams and ensure seamless project delivery.

Preferred Background:

- Experience working with leading Developers, EPC Contractors, PMC organizations, or Engineering Consultants.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, construction management, contracts, cost control, and stakeholder management.

Experience: 20-25 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; PMP/PG qualifications preferred.
