Content Strategist (AI-Driven)
Location: Gurgaon (On-site/Hybrid) | Experience: 25 years
About the Role
We're looking for a Content Strategist who can build and execute a content roadmap across
digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website/blog) while using AI tools to scale output, sharpen
quality, and speed up turnaround not someone who just knows about AI, but someone who
actively works AI into their daily content workflow.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the content calendar across social media, website, and other brand
touchpoints

Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, image/video generation tools, editing assistants) to draft,
ideate, and refine content faster without compromising brand voice
Translate business priorities (brand positioning, launches, promotions) into a consistent content
narrative

Write and edit copy for social posts, captions, blogs, brochures, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with design/video resources (in-house or freelance) to execute content
Track content performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and iterate strategy based on
data

Stay current on platform trends, AI content tools, and best practices; recommend current
tools/workflows to improve efficiency
Ensure brand tone and visual consistency across all content
Requirements
¢
Proven experience creating content strategy and execution (agency, brand, or in-house)
Hands-on, daily comfort with AI tools for content creation (prompt writing, AI copyediting, AI
image/video tools)

Strong writing skills able to adapt tone across formats (social, formal, sales-oriented)
Understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn algorithms and content formats (reels, carousels, articles)
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google

Bonus: experience in real estate, luxury, or fashion/retail content
