Role & responsibilities

- Hands-on experience sample processing, staining, acquisition and basic analysis for Flow Cytometry tests.
- Operate Flow Cytometers and perform routine QC, calibration, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare reagents, controls and antibody panels as per SOPs.
- Ensure accurate sample handling, documentation and adherence to defined TATs.
- Basic understanding of Flow Cytometry data acquisition and analysis software.
