Job Summary:
Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments. Experience of SAP B1 administrative functional Knowledge. SQL Server knowledge requires. Hardware network server management.

About The Role :
Day-to-day support to SAP B1 users. Coordinate with SAP B1 consultant/partners. SAP B1 user creation, license management/deployment. Add on installation on server and users. Add on testing of SAP B1 configuration/changes. On a daily basis Online backup, data backup, veem backup. SQL Server backup/restore. Hardware, Network, Servers(Tower). Firewall(Sophos), security, UPS, CCTV management.



Multiple offices/branches/port handling with IT infrastructure. Internet lease line, P2P, modem configuration, Wi-Fi knowledge. Video Conferencing, Hardware & network procurement, configuration, installation and maintenance. Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement. Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner. Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems and developments. Experience of SAP B1 administrative functional Knowledge. SQL Server knowledge requires. Hardware network server management. Firewall, security, CCTV knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
