About the Role

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Maintenance Intern to support our finance, operations, and project management functions
- This role is central to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency of master data across projects, customers, contracts, and billability, enabling smooth financial reporting, billing, and project delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain master data for projects, contracts, customers, employees, and billing setups
- Ensure correct mapping across systems to support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
- Conduct audits, reconciliations, and data validations to maintain high-quality records
- Collaborate with finance, sales, legal, HR, and PMO teams for seamless onboarding of clients and projects
- Support month-end and year-end processes, audit requests, and system enhancements
- Recommend improvements to data governance and ERP/CRM processes

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, robust analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of billing and project accounting, and effective communication skills are essential.
