Job Overview

IG Defence is looking for a highly capable and ambitious Management Trainee to CEO to work closely with the CEOs Office on strategic, business, and cross-functional assignments.

The role is ideal for a fresh graduate with solid analytical skills, communication abilities, ownership, curiosity, and learning agility.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct strategic research and market intelligence.
- Perform industry, business, and competitor analysis.
- Research defence, aerospace, technology, and emerging market trends.
- Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the CEO’s Office.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Track programmes, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- Analyse data and information to support management decision-making.
- Prepare briefing notes and decision-support documents.
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
MBA/PGDM will be an advantage.
