- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with hypervisors (e.g., VMware, Azure).
- Experience with profile management tools (e.g., Citrix Profile Management, FSLogix).
- Having knowledge on tools like Citrix Director, Citrix Daas, and third-party monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, UberAgent) to monitor performance.
- Apply updates and patches to Citrix components.
- Having knowledge and experience on AppLayering and publish application using app layering.
- Experience on deploying VDIs using MCS and other provisioning method
Good-to-Have
- Proven experience in administration and managing Citrix Desktop, Applications
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS and registry settings.
- Experience with Profile management and handling profile releated issues
- Familiarity with Vmware, Azure and other Hypervisor tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
