Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller - Physician Billing to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Physician Billing accounts, insurance follow-ups, claim status verification, denial management, and payment posting support. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with US healthcare insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding physician claims.
- Review and analyze unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
- Contact insurance providers to check claim status and obtain payment information.
- Work on denial management and appeals process.




- Ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable issues.
- Identify billing errors and coordinate with internal teams for corrections.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per client requirements.
- Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
- Meet daily calling and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in AR Calling
- Valuable understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in handling Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance claims.
- Knowledge of denial management, appeals, and claim follow-up processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift).
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing software.
