What we are looking for:

*MBA with relevant exposure to merchandising, product sourcing, retail, marketing or category management

*In-depth knowledge and practical application of AI tools

*Ability to use AI for trend research, product discovery, supplier mapping, concept development, mood boards and presentations





*Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of products, packaging, materials and presentation

*Interest in exploring markets, exhibitions, suppliers, emerging brands and new product categories

*Good communication, vendor coordination and negotiation skills

*A proactive, resourceful and self-driven go-getter who brings fresh ideas and takes ownership

*The role will involve researching trends, curating products, identifying vendors, developing merchandise concepts and coordinating the journey from idea and sampling to final execution.
