- Monitor and maintain Catalog hygiene across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Check product listings for correct product information, images, pricing, attributes, size/color details, and other listing parameters.
- Support SPF/claims management, including raising claims for damaged, missing, mismatch, or incorrect returns within the marketplace SLA.
- Track the status of claims, follow up on pending/rejected claims, and maintain claim trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams,warehouses, marketplaces, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Key Skills / Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills
