Description:
As the Field Marketing Manager at IVFHospital, Udaipur, you will be a key player in driving our hospitals growth through strategic marketing efforts. You will develop and execute effective field marketing strategies to promote our services, engage with the community, and foster relationships with referring physicians.

Physician Outreach:— Collaborate with referring physicians, OB/GYNs, and other healthcare professionals to educate them about our fertility treatments and services.— Organize meetings, workshops, and presentations to share information about our advanced reproductive technologies.Marketing Campaigns:— Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness about our hospitals services and expertise.— Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, print material and digital content, to effectively communicate our unique valueproposition.Digital and Social Media:— Collaborate with the hospitals digital marketing team to optimize online presence,



social media engagement, and content creation.— Monitor social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments from prospective patients and the community.Community Engagement:— Build and maintain strong relationships with local community organisations, healthcare providers, and relevant stakeholders.

— Attend community events, health fairs, and conferences to promote awareness of our fertility services and establish our hospital as a trustedresource.Events and Workshops:— Organize and oversee educational workshops, seminars, and events for patients, healthcare providers, and the community.— Coordinate logistics, content creation, and promotional efforts for these events.Market Analysis and Reporting:— Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.— Generate regular reports on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.Relationship Management:— Cultivate solid relationships with current and potential patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood and addressed.— Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from marketing to treatment.
