Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Workday Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee training and development programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for LMS configuration, integration, and reporting needs.
- Develop and execute project plans to migrate data from legacy systems into Workday LMS using various tools such as CSV files or API integrations.
- Provide technical guidance on how to use the platform effectively by creating user manuals, guides, and training materials.

Job Requirements :

- 6-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Workday Learning Management System (LMS).
- Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in configuring complex workflows within an LMS environment; ability to troubleshoot issues related to system configurations.
