Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail pharmacy stores and corporate requirements.
- Handle bulk hiring for positions such as Pharmacist, Pharma Aide, CSA and other store-level roles.
- Conduct field recruitment and local candidate sourcing across Mangaluru and nearby locations.
- Develop and maintain recruitment networks with:
- Pharmacy and Degree Colleges
- Placement Officers and Alumni Groups
- NGOs and Training Institutes
- Skill Development Centres
- Employment Exchanges
- Job Portals and Local Recruitment Platforms
- Employee Referral Networks
- Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection and joining formalities.
- Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs and walk-in interviews as required.
- Follow up with selected candidates regularly to ensure timely joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation.




- Prepare and maintain daily recruitment MIS, hiring trackers and recruitment reports.
- Monitor recruitment TAT and assigned hiring targets.
- Coordinate with Store Operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within timelines.
- Identify manpower gaps and provide regular recruitment updates to the reporting manager.
- Support employee onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Build a solid local talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in HR preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG or blue-collar hiring.
