Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the technical development, customization, maintenance, and support of

Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The role primarily focuses on Oracle Reports, SQL, and

PL/SQL, along with RICE components and interfaces. The role also includes support for Oracle

Forms, Forms Personalizations, Workflows, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), as well as

troubleshooting technical issues and providing production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, maintain, and support Oracle Reports based on business

requirements.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts, procedures, and functions for reporting and

application requirements.

- Work with Oracle EBS tables and data structures for reporting, data analysis, and

troubleshooting.

- Develop, maintain, and support RICE components (Reports ,Interfaces ,Conversions

and Extensions).

- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms Personalizations, implement UI-level and

business-rule-based changes, troubleshoot personalization-related issues, and





coordinate with functional teams to validate requirements.

- Provide technical support for Oracle Forms and Workflow processes and troubleshoot

related issues.

- Provide technical support for OIC integrations and resolve integration-related issues.
- Analyze and resolve application, reporting, and data-related technical issues.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Provide production support and coordinate with functional teams for requirements,

testing, and issue resolution.

- Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancement activities across Oracle EBS environments.
