Description:
Graduate in hotels with 4-5 years experience, in positive corporate Hotels, preferably in operation. preferable local candidate, who can live in villas and manage villas, who can run villas( stay home) independently. Look after complete operational work, Front office, F&B;, kitchen, store, with a small team run villas as a profitable unit client relationship services. Greet and register guests. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services, and resolve occupants complaints. Assign duties to workers, and schedule shifts. Coordinate front-office activities of hotels or motels, and resolve problems. Participate in financial activities such as the setting of room rates, the establishment of budgets, and the allocation of funds to departments.
