- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing of MRO (Maintenance, Repair Operations) Electrical materials and services.
- Hands-on experience in procurement of electrical equipment, spares, consumables, drives, automation products, and industrial electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, contract negotiations, and supply chain management.
- Experience in handling RFQs, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, purchase order processing, and vendor development.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical products such as motors, VFDs, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, cables, automation systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and associated spares.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, projects, and finance departments.
- Positive analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
