Position: Executive / Officer Projects

Location: Rewari, Haryana

Role Purpose

To support CAPEX project cost management, reconcile project expenditure with cross-functional teams, and conduct financial feasibility analysis for projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. CAPEX Cost Management

- Track and review CAPEX project expenditure through Oracle/ERP reports.
- Monitor actual project expenses against approved budgets.
- Identify cost variances and coordinate with the Projects team for corrective actions.
- Analyze cost overruns and identify reasons for deviations.
- Ensure all relevant cost components are considered during project budgeting.

2. Capital Budgeting

- Support capital budgeting and investment decisions for recent projects.
- Provide accurate cost inputs for preparing project budgets.
- Track price movements of major commodities and evaluate their impact on project profitability.

3. Financial Feasibility

- Prepare, recommend and present financial feasibility reports for key projects.
- Evaluate projects using NPV, IRR, Payback Period and other relevant financial parameters.




- Conduct post-completion financial feasibility audits and report findings to senior management.

4. Budget vs. Actual Analysis

- Prepare monthly project-wise reports comparing actual expenditure against budget.
- Analyze deviations and provide reasons for variances.
- Highlight cost overruns and support management in taking corrective actions.
