About the Role

PRNV Services is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can independently create high-quality posters, social media creatives, promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate should have robust creative thinking, good design sense, and the ability to take a concept from idea design final creative with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Content teams to create engaging visual content that strengthens the PRNV Services brand.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

* Create professional and attractive posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional creatives

* Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

* Create service-related promotional designs for PRNV Services.

* Maintain consistent PRNV brand identity across all designs.

* Develop creative concepts based on marketing requirements.

* Resize and adapt designs for different social media platforms and formats.

Video Creation & Editing

* Independently create and edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, and social media videos.

* Create engaging videos for PRNV services, technicians, offers, campaigns, and brand promotions.

* Add text, transitions, animations, music, voiceovers, and other visual elements.

* Create short-form videos suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

* Convert static designs into engaging video content.

* Edit videos according to digital marketing requirements.

Social Media Creatives





* Create regular social media posts and campaign creatives.

* Develop creative concepts for festivals, offers, announcements, and promotional campaigns.

* Work with the Digital Marketing team to create content aligned with marketing objectives.

* Understand current social media design and video trends.

* Suggest new creative ideas to improve audience engagement.

Team Collaboration

* Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Content, and Marketing teams.

* Understand briefs and convert them into high-quality visual content.

* Complete projects within deadlines.

* Handle multiple design and video projects simultaneously.

* Take ownership of assigned creative projects from concept to final output.

Required Skills

* Minimum 1.5+ years of relevant experience.

* Strong knowledge of graphic design principles.

* Ability to independently create posters and social media creatives.

* Ability to independently create and edit videos and reels.

* Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

* Good understanding of social media creative formats.

* Creative thinking and attention to detail.

* Ability to understand a brief and develop creative concepts independently.

* Good time-management and project-management skills.

* Ability to work under deadlines.

Software Skills

Required / Preferred

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* After Effects Advantage

* Canva

* CapCut or similar video-editing software





Candidates should be comfortable using multiple design and video-editing tools.
