Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SME-Level Content/Technical Writer to architect our advanced technical documentation and learning strategy. You will leverage deep domain expertise to design complex training programs, developer guides, and whitepapers/policy documents while driving end-to-end learning measurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Content Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of technical courses and documentation using advanced ADDIE and SAM iterative development frameworks.
- Outcome Optimization: Structure advanced training modules using higher-order levels of Bloom's Taxonomy (e.g., Analyzing, Evaluating, Creating) for technical audiences.
- Impact Evaluation: Implement the Kirkpatrick Model to rigorously measure, analyze, and report on the business impact and effectiveness of all documentation and learning programs.
- Program Management: Serve as the lead on technical content initiatives,



applying rigorous Project Management frameworks to manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in technical writing, instructional design.
- Core Methodologies (Mandatory): Expert proficiency in ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
- Skills: Content Development, Visualization, Converting complex technical documents to easy digestible content, project management.
- Tools: Adobe Captivate, Rise, Google Docs, MS Power Point Advanced Level, Storyline 360, RISE, Canva, Gemini, NotebookLM, Chat GPT, Claude
- Certifications: Certified ID from any reputed firm would be positive to have.
