Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the production process to ensure efficient fabrication and manufacturing of stainless steel products.
- Implement NDT inspection techniques to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage plant operations, including maintenance, repair, and upgrade of equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement recent processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to stainless steel production.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize plant performance.

Job Requirements :

- Experience working with stainless steel, fabrication, and NDT inspection is desirable.
- Knowledge of NDT techniques and their application in manufacturing is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively are required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology is beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
