Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing

methods, and a proven track record of recruiting top IT talent. You will be responsible for

managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating

interviews and extending offers, ensuring we attract and retain the best IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals,

social media, networking, and employee referrals.

- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

• Screening and Interviewing:

- Review and assess technical resumes to match qualifications with job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural

fit.





- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Candidate Management:

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by communicating status updates and feedback

in a timely manner.

• Collaboration:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific IT staffing needs and to

develop tailored recruitment strategies.

- Partner with the HR team and other departments to ensure a smooth on boarding process

for recent hires.

• Job Posting and Branding:

- Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Promote the employer brand through social media and recruitment channels to attract top

talent.

• Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system

(ATS).

- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to

measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
