AGM Design | Commercial Interiors.

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Design to lead design strategy and end-to-end delivery of high-impact commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in commercial interiors/design & build, client management, site execution, procurement and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design strategy, creative direction and design delivery from concept to GFC and execution.
- Manage client presentations, pitches, design reviews and project kick-offs.
- Lead and mentor designers, architects and visualizers.
- Ensure design quality, detailing, materiality and design intent are maintained through execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, procurement and vendors.
- Review drawings, GFCs, materials and resolve design/site issues. Support BOQ, budgeting, costing and value engineering.
- Manage multiple projects/sites while ensuring timelines, quality, budgets and client expectations.
- Drive design excellence, user experience and project profitability.



Candidate

Requirements:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, workplace design-build, hospitality, retail or similar sectors.
- B.Arch or Bachelor’s Degree in Design from a reputed university.

- Strong client-facing, presentation and team-management skills.
- Proven end-to-end project delivery and site execution experience.
- Good understanding of procurement, BOQ, budgeting and project economics.
- Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience: Workplace/Corporate, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Residential, Coworking and Turnkey/D&B; projects.
