About the Role

- We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business performance management through data analysis, MIS reporting, process tracking, variance analysis, and management decision support.
- The role will focus on analysing business information, identifying trends and gaps, validating data, preparing reports, and generating meaningful insights to support effective business decision-making.
- The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel, and able to convert data into meaningful business insights.
- This role is well suited for engineering graduates who are looking to build a career in Business Management & Analysis & want to pursue an MBA after gaining 2–3 years of relevant experience
- This is a business-facing analytical role and does not involve any programming or software development. It is also distinct from a Data Analyst role, with a primary focus on business performance, financial/P&L; analysis, and management decision support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain regular MIS and business performance reports.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, gaps, variances, patterns and opportunities.
- Prepare summaries and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Track business-related action items,



deliverables and timelines and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate and consolidate required business information.
- Participate in relevant business review meetings and document key observations and action points.
- Present findings, trends and business updates in a clear and structured manner.

Qualification & Competencies:

- Academic excellence in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Advanced/Intermediate MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, data validation, filtering and basic dashboards.
- MS PowerPoint – Ability to prepare clear management presentations and business review decks.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with good numerical aptitude.
- Positive problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, trends, gaps, and variances and investigate their underlying causes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and processes and translate them into meaningful reports and analysis.
- Ability to draw clear observations and insights from business data.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate with different stakeholders professionally.
