Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content for various audiences within the organization.
- Analyze LMS usage data to identify trends and areas of improvement, making recommendations for optimization.
- Provide technical guidance on LMS best practices to stakeholders across the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 5-13 years of experience in Learning Management Systems implementation, configuration, or administration.
- Robust understanding of Workday platform and its applications in an HR setting.
- Proven track record of designing effective learning experiences using various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar platforms.
