Job Location: Athani, Chikodi, Gokak (Cities in Belagavi District)

We are open to candidates from any industry with relevant Sales Manager experience. Candidates with Automobile/Car Sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the dealership.
- Drive lead generation through existing sources, field activities, referrals and innovative sales initiatives, with strong follow-up to convert enquiries into test drives, bookings and retail sales.
- Develop and implement new and effective sales strategies to improve sales, customer engagement and market penetration.
- Identify and tap potential markets, particularly rural areas, villages and untapped territories, through focused field activities and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Lead the sales team from the front, set clear targets, monitor daily performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
- Build, develop and retain an effective and high-performing sales team through right recruitment, structured training, coaching and regular performance monitoring.
- Introduce new initiatives and innovative ideas to generate enquiries, increase conversions and accelerate sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and previous customers, generating repeat business, referrals and customer loyalty.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Maruti Suzuki products, new car launches, latest features, variants, pricing, competition and comparative advantages, and effectively communicate these to customers and the sales team.
- Develop innovative ways to market and promote product features, offers and customer benefits to improve enquiry and conversion rates.




- Be responsible for end-to-end sales operations of the dealership, including enquiry management, lead follow-up, test drives, bookings, retail deliveries and sales performance tracking.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, monitor KPIs and conversion ratios, and ensure the team consistently meets sales goals.

Desired Profile:

- Sales Manager / Sales Team Management experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Automobile enthusiast with strong interest and knowledge of cars, features, competition and the automotive market.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Highly target-oriented, proactive and result-driven, with the ability to lead a team from the front.
- Candidates from Automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking, Real Estate or other sales-driven industries are welcome.
- Willingness to undertake field sales activities and explore new markets is essential.
