Position: Liaison Manager- Infrastructure ( Guwahati Location )
Shristi Infrastructure Corporate Limited is looking for an experienced
and result-oriented Liaison Manager for our Guwahati operations .
The candidate will be responsible for managing statutory approvals ,
regulatory coordination , and government liaisoning activities for
infrastructure and real estate projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Government & Regulatory Liaisoning:
Liaison with Central, State Government & Semi- Government
Departments.
Coordination with authorities such as:
• PWD (Public Works Department )
• GMDA (Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority)
• Pollution Control Board
• Fire & Emergency Services Department
• Revenue & Land Authorities
• Urban Development Authorities
• Any other statutory & regulatory bodies.
Approvals & Compliance :
• Obtaining statutory approvals, licenses, NOCs , and clearances
for infrastructure projects





• Ensuring timely compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements
• Handling documentation, submission ,and follow-ups with
concerned departments
• Supporting the project team for smooth execution through
effective coordination
Tender & Documentation:
• Basic knowledge of reading and analysing Tender Documents
• Scrutiny & interpretation of tender clauses
• Preparation and submission of compliance documentation.
Stakeholder Management:
• Maintaining strong professional relationships with government
officials and key stakeholders
• Robust coordination , communication , and negotiation skills
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Liaisoning , preferably in
Infrastructure /Real Estate / Construction sector
• Strong knowledge of Assam& Guwahati regulatory framework
• Well connected with local authorities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and approvals
simultaneously
Qualification:
Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
