Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager IT Recruitment with strong experience in IT recruitment and client account management. The candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Infosys as a client/account through an IT staffing or recruitment organization.The role involves managing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, driving recruitment delivery, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment of Infosys requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain solid professional relationships with Infosys stakeholders.
- Handle Infosys IT recruitment requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to source and submit quality candidates.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, to onboarding.
- Track and monitor candidate submissions, interviews, selections, and closures.
- Coordinate with Infosys stakeholders for interview schedules, feedback, and candidate status.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific SLAs, TATs, and recruitment processes.
- Conduct regular internal review meetings and monitor recruitment delivery.
- Handle client escalations and resolve recruitment-related issues effectively.
- Prepare and share MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, and account performance updates.
- Identify delivery gaps and implement action plans to improve recruitment performance.
- Guide and mentor recruiters handling Infosys requirements.




- Identify additional hiring requirements and support account growth.
- Coordinate with business development and leadership teams for account-related activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience handling Infosys as a client/account.
- Strong experience in Client Management / Account Management.
- Hands-on experience managing high-volume IT recruitment requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and recruitment processes.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and delivery targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong client-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and priorities.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with Infosys through an IT staffing/recruitment organization for at least 1 year.
- Experience handling enterprise-level IT client accounts.
- Exposure to C2H, Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, and FTE hiring.
- Experience handling high-volume technical hiring.
- Experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of client SLAs, TATs, submission quality, and recruitment metrics.
