SBS Global is hiring an experienced Senior Lead Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, team leadership, audits, reporting, and process improvements across multiple entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities.
• Lead and supervise payroll executives/associates.
• Validate attendance, employee data, variable pay and payroll inputs.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and disbursement.
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, LWF, Gratuity and other applicable regulations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returns.
• Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations and compliance checks.
• Prepare payroll MIS, dashboards and management reports.
• Handle employee payroll and tax-related escalations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance,



auditors and external vendors.
• Drive payroll process improvement, automation and SOP standardization.

MANDATORY SKILLS

7–12 years of Payroll experience
Minimum 4 years in a Lead/Supervisory role
Strong experience in End-to-End Payroll Processing
Hands-on experience with GreytHR / Zoho Payroll / similar payroll software
Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll & Labour Laws
Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity & Income Tax
Strong MS Excel skills
Payroll reconciliation, audits and MIS reporting
Strong team management and stakeholder management skills

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Finance / Accounting / related field preferred.
