Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving complex projects from planning through deployment.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for LLM and Generative AI initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and drive successful delivery. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and Responsible AI guidelines.
- Maintain governance and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource & Budget Management

- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple AI/ML projects.




- Track project budgets and optimize utilization of resources and costs.
- Manage project priorities and dependencies.

Quality Assurance

- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of LLM-based applications.
- Ensure deliverables meet expected quality, performance, and accuracy benchmarks.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in Project Management with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of MLOps workflows and AI project delivery lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning LLMs, or AI Product Development.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Ethical AI, and Responsible AI practices.
- Prior experience managing AI/ML or GenAI implementation projects.
